Culzean Castle Pt1

One fine day, the dept decided to give a break and take us all out (but they didnt forget to give us the usual double dose of work load before they took us out!)







there's nothing to talk about the weather... as usual.. it was in one of its moods!




obviously, this place has become a tourist spot... there's a lot of shops where u can have a hot drink...



one of the gardener's house was converted into this little cafe-sort that had yummy yummy ice cream...



and they served it in this amazingly huge portion.... which took me such a long time to finish!



well... the view was worth the wait... so no complains




some of the boys brought food enough to feed a whole army











he became a statue because he touched it... boys never listen do they!




the clock tower..that has been in good working condition for centuries even in d infamous Scotland weather.



all the pretty cannons lined up


this one is kept on a platform of its own cos it's special... its centuries old, and has special carvings that marks a special occasion (something like that i think)

there u go.. this is d castle that all d ho-ha was about...


not impressed??


wouldn't u wanna live in a place like this??

i feel like i've missed a lot all these years.. like i do today

this is a very spontaneous post. i never even thought about things like this before... In my quarter of a century of lifetime... never have i ever felt missing out on something being the only child. but today i do. almost all my friends in malaysia have siblings... infact ALL of them had/have siblings... i was d only one who didnt. most of my friends in india have siblings and it didnt bother me. at that time, i felt having a sibling was not all that important. (even now i dont think its all that important). even when i used to go to India for holidays every year ( all the members from my mum's side of the family was there... now most of them are all around the world.. just like my dad's side of the family), i never really felt like i've been missing out in the sibling thing. all my mum's siblings are very closely attached and the love they have for each other is so obvious even when they are talking about them to ppl not in the family. like, one of my aunt would say. ...

no.. i dont have a bf yet no... i didnt get any proposals ( none that i like at least) no... i did not pierce my left ear like i wanted to two years ago ( i dunno y remembered that now... i sort of forgot about it all this while no.. i didnt get d highlights that i wanted to either no... i didnt do more shopping I'M GOING BACK HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
